AI-assisted hiring platform for companies.
In plain words. An AI-assisted hiring platform for companies. It helps teams run hiring end to end, while people stay in charge of the decisions.
The problem
Hiring spans many disconnected steps, and it is hard to explain why one candidate was chosen over another.
What it does
A platform that connects hiring from defining the role through to evaluating candidates, using AI to assist the team while keeping a clear trail behind each result.
Key decisions
- AI assists; people make the hiring decisions.
- Results are designed to be explainable and checkable.
Limits and status
- This is an ongoing commercial product, so its internals are intentionally not published here.
